The DCS Wilderness Team Building & Leadership Experience is a small-group immersive program held in the forests of Haida Gwaii. Participants work together through outdoor living, leadership tasks, team challenges, problem solving, and guided activities designed to build trust, communication, resilience, and confidence.

This is not a luxury retreat or a hotel conference weekend.
It is a hands-on experience focused on growth through shared challenges, teamwork, and disconnecting from modern distractions.
